Before you fly
BAGGAGE
Your baggage allowance will be displayed on your E-Tickets
Refer to the operating Airline's website for baggage weight, size
and restricted items for your specific flight and booking/fare.
Take photos of your bags to assist the airlines with identifying your bags should any
delays occur in delivery from the Airline. Delayed/Lost Luggage is out of our control
and Travel Insurance which includes Baggage Cover is highly recommended.
Avoid hassle at the airport by paying attention to the Liquids Aerosols
and Gels restrictions (LAGS) on the quantity of "LAGS" you can take
in your carry-on luggage for International Flights. Limited to 100ml per
item.
Certain Airlines and Low-Cost Carriers do not include checked luggage
as part of their airfare and may require additional payment either
online or at the airport prior to departure. Refer to your E-ticket
Visas, Passports and Vaccinations
Passports are required for all travellers with at least 3 consecutive blank pages.
Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months after return date. Use Google docs to upload copies of your important travel documents thereby making them accessible from anywhere in the world
Contact your nearest Travel Clinic to ensure you have the required Vaccinations/Health Requirements for all countries on your itinerary.
ONLINE AND AIRPORT CHECK IN
Online Check-In is highly recommended, where possible, which is your confirmation to the airline.
Travellers with confirmed Special Assistance from the airline would need to arrive at the airport slightly earlier than the above mentioned times.
